As the heart and start of Flemington, the mission of
the Friends of Fleming Castle is to maintain and
preserve the structure and content of the
Samuel Fleming House and grounds, a site built by
Samuel Fleming in 1756 and to
provide it as a museum, open to the public.
Our goal is to provide an historic interpretation
of life in early Flemington through guided tours,
historically accurate displays, educational
programs, museum events, as well as
participation in community events.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our normal hours of operation are limited.
Please call or email us with any questions.
Our Annual Tricky Tray Fundraiser will be postponed until December 2021 due to the
Learn about life in Colonial Fleming's Settlement, the important part taverns played at that time, and stepinto history through the Samuel Fleming House and those who resided there.
